Job Title: Analyst Trade Services
Location: Lagos, NG
Job Summary
- Efficient processing of Letter of Credits, Bills for Collections and other trade related transaction processes.
- Ensure that all Visible and Invisible trade transactions are treated in line with relevant regulatory policies in the economy.
Principal Functions
- Prepare and update Trade Services reports that will enhance effective decision making in Treasury
- Processing/Preparing of all foreign payment instruction for Treasury.
- Post all invisible and visible trade transactions into Oracle Finance ERP.
- Check FX clearing account for accuracy.
- Verify Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) commissions on trade transactions.
- Reconcile monthly trade transactions (General ledger and Sub-ledger) for the unit.
- Process all Form M and Form A transactions timely on receipt of request.
- Secure approvals of Form Ms form the relevant banks.
- Prepare daily, weekly & month end Foreign Transactions Schedule (Invisible and Visible Trade)
- Prepare Trade service weekly and monthly report.
- Prepare NCC approval schedule.
Educational Requirements
- University Degree in in a numerate/financial discipline (Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Studies or similar fields)
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Have at least One (1) year post NYSC Treasury/Finance experience, with emphasis on Trade Services
