 An Abuja-based Training and Capacity Building Organisation seeks to employ the underlisted persons due to expansion and drive for growth. 1. GENERAL MANAGER/CHIEF TRAINNING OFFICER. Requirements: - The candidate for this position must be knowledgeable in contemporary business management in the trainning and capacity building industry with strong leadership and communication skills. - He/She must be able to coordinate, plan and strategize with measurable goals attainment. - He/She must be able to develop suitable, viable and marketable trainning solutions. Qualification: - Must be a degree holders in any disciplines. - possesion of a higher degree, aspecially an MBA will be an added advantage. - Must have at least 8 years working experience in a competent trainning firm. - Attendance of the CMD Basic train-the-Trainer course is preferable - Aged : 35-40 years 2. MARKETING EXECUTIVES Qualification: - HND or BSc in any related field. - Ability to market training solutions to individuals, coporate bodies and government MDAs. - Ready to work with challenges and set goals.
