|  MTN is recruiting for Customer Consultant (Sales & Distribution). Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors degree Preferably in the social sciences the ideal candidate and 1-3 years marketing experience in a fast moving consumer goods (FCMG) environment. Tool of trade vehicle provided and work is carried out mostly in the field. A valid drivers license (Extensive local travel) and candidate may be required to work extended hours/weekends. The main responsibilities include:  Manage sub dealers growth and development to create a pull effect in terms of distributor's sales  Influence sub distributors to patronize MTN distributors  Conduct trade visit as agreed with Channel Development Manager  Maintain call cycle  Implement all promotions and company objectives as regards point of sale items and signage and analyze impact of such in territory covered  Evaluate and escalate dealer problems/complaints to the relevant departments Deadline is 16th September 2008. |
