THERE IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL, WITH A PROVEN AND ENVIABLE TRACK RECORD, TO MANAGE OUR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (LD) FUNCTION IN WEST AFRICA (WA) COTE D'IVOIRE, GHANA AND NIGERIA. THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DRAFTING AND DRIVING LD STRATEGY ACROSS RESOURCING, CAPABILITY BUILDING, LEARNING, TALENT AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT.

THE IDEA INDIVIDUAL WILL POSSESS
•   STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS
•   EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY TO INFLUENCE OTHERS
•   CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING
•   A KNACK FOR GENERATING INSIGHTS FROM THE EXTERNAL AND BRINGING TO USE HIS OWN WORLD
•   A BSC DEGREE FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY. A MASTERS DEGREE AND/OR A PROFESSIONAL HR QUALIFICATION WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
•   AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
